Data Conversion is a process that takes information from hospitals, health partners, and payers, and then reformats it for use on the Mantis network. Utilizing Mantis' Gateway Server, the Data Team maps the data from disparate sources and transfers it all into various electronic templates, or "forms". These forms present the data in a format consistent with the traditional paper format, so that documents such as "lab results" still look like "lab results". These forms can then be emailed or printed out, based on the instructions set by the user.
