Hardware Installation and Training

Once the network is in place, Mantis' Client Services Team sends each office an implementation manual, containing information about the implementation process, and a request for detailed information about the office architecture, equipment specifications, names, jobs, and titles of the staff, as well as contact information.

A Client Services Representative assigned to the site interacts with a designated practice contact to review all requested information. All technical information is promptly forwarded to the Technical Group so they can determine the hardware and cabling needs of each site and schedule hardware installation.

Client Services provides demonstrations and hands-on experience at convenient locations and times.
