MedRIS automates common queries and reports and puts them within a mouse click of most screens, while integration with Crystal Reports™ and open access to all data fields allows for the creation of custom-designed financial or management reports. Revenue Analyses can be performed on specific sites, specific insurance plans, networks and/or providers. Referral summaries can be automated.
MedRIS supports the transfer of practice data to multiple formats, including Rich Text Format (RTF), which allows for easy report generation and presentation in most Windowstm based word processors or spreadsheets. Billing data can be merged with word processors to automatically generate letters and mailing labels, with the click of a mouse.
MedRIS was developed from the ground up with financial management needs as a top priority, so billing features and functions can be accessed throughout the entire application, and can be utilized at any point in the patient encounter. MedRIS captures all patient information required for HCFA and other regulatory agencies, as well as for use with electronic claims submission software. CPT/ICD9 coding can be automated.
